Hosting a Hackathon for Creating AI Agents and Exploring Real Implementation Experience

Sep 17, 2025

On September 19, 2025, startup WaiWai will host the WaiHack hackathon dedicated to AI agent development. WaiHack's mission is to explore real AI agent implementation experience.
Russian business today faces two key problems: lack of understanding of real AI returns and difficulties integrating the technology into existing processes. That's why WaiHack focuses on creating working prototypes with measurable results.

"I've participated in 14 hackathons as a jury member and participant, winning 4 ETH Global events. With WaiWai.Hack, we decided to combine best practices from world hackathons with our experience launching AI agents - combining utility and drive," says WaiWai CEO Mik Weisman. "Participants will create not another checkbox AI spaceship, but solutions for real problems - their own or for business."

The result of the work should be not a concept, but a functioning product ready for implementation. Important winning criteria are creativity and usefulness of the solution.

Product managers, designers, entrepreneurs, developers, and other specialists interested in integrating AI technologies into business and everyday life are invited to participate.

It will be interesting for specialists without coding skills and professionals alike. Participants can use any development tools. For example, for specialists without technical skills, these could be no-code platforms like Lovable, Cursor, or Bolt.new. For experienced developers - LangGraph and LangChain. Additionally, the WaiWai team will open their own infrastructure that allows quick agent deployment.

Among the hackathon partners are the online design and technology school Bang Bang Education and the platform Freelance.ru.
